Need a workplace culture pick-me-up?  Have new employees that need to bond with your team?  Want to teach your employees how collaboration works to enhance productivity?  Just want to allow your employees to reconnect and appreciate those they work with every day? We can provide the experience of having one or more teams create an herb garden in a raised bed that will be part of the work place and a reminder of the importance of teamwork. 

Alabama Expressions will provide everything needed to create a beautiful, fragrant herb arrangement that will bring nature into the the workplace to soften some of the "urban edge"- giving a relaxing green-space to the office. The herbs may also be used for meals or teas, providing wonderful fragrances/aromas for the office, creating dried herb arrangements and decorations, or simply enjoyment.  The team(s) will be given instruction  about the different herbs and their needs, and will be grouped to create the garden(s).  Collaboration skills and the importance of teamwork will be integrated into the activity, but without the teams feeling like they are taking a course with a test coming at the end.  Each participant will also receive a small herb to take home.

• Hosts may provide or allow guests to bring their own beverages and food items, or contact me via email to set up a caterer of yours or my choice—at extra expense to the host.
• Hosts may choose the venue to hold this event (your workplace, public place like a park that has granted you permission for this event, venue you have rented, or ask me via email to find a venue—any cost will be extra, including finders fee for time involved).
