Limited Replacement Warranty
Alabama Expressions, LLC is proud to offer fresh, healthy, and well-rooted live herb and plant arrangements. We take great care to ensure that each plant leaves our hands thriving and ready to continue growing beautifully under proper care.
We guarantee our live plant arrangements for 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery. If plants die, decline, or become diseased due to conditions beyond the customer’s control and not related to care, we will gladly replace the affected plants once at no additional cost.
What This Warranty Covers
Replacement (not refund) for plants that show signs of disease, rot, or sudden death that are not caused by neglect, over- or under-watering, lack of sunlight, or mishandling.
Replacement will be made with the same or similar plant variety depending on seasonal availability.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Damage due to lack of care, neglect, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
Damage caused by pests, weather, pets, or environmental factors outside, normal indoor, or patio conditions.
Natural plant variations, including color, size, or leaf changes that occur during normal growth.
How to Request a Replacement
Please contact Alabama Expressions, LLC within 14 days of purchase by emailing alabamaexpressionsllc@gmail.com with:
Your name and date of purchase
A photo of the affected arrangement
A brief description of the issue
After review, we will confirm eligibility and arrange a convenient replacement.

Each arrangement includes customized care guidelines. Following these instructions is required for the warranty to remain valid.
Alabama Expressions, LLC- Event Refund Policy
Alabama Expressions, LLC strives to provide high-quality, thoughtfully curated events. Because many events involve the advance purchase of live plants and event-specific materials, the following refund policy applies to all event registrations and bookings:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested and granted up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date. Requests must be made in writing via email or other written communication approved by Alabama Expressions, LLC.
Non-Refundable Period
No refunds will be issued within seven (7) days of the event date. This policy is necessary due to the advance purchase and preparation of live plants, supplies, and materials specific to each event.
Venue-Related Costs
If a venue has been secured for an event, any deposits, rental fees, or payments made to the venue are the sole responsibility of the host or participant. Such costs are subject to the venue’s individual policies and are not refundable by Alabama Expressions, LLC.
Event Modifications or Cancellations
Alabama Expressions, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and refunds or credits will be handled at the sole discretion of Alabama Expressions, LLC.
By registering for or hosting an event with Alabama Expressions, LLC, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Event Refund Policy.
