Please fill out the form below with details about your event. In the comment box, include the information below. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss availability and options.
1) Event type you're interested in (Ladies' Night Package A, Kids (2-5), etc.)
2) 1st choice for date/time (will be given if open) 2nd choice for date/time (will be given if first choice is not available) 3rd choice for date/time (will be given if first/second choices not available)
3) Expected number of guests (Min. of 6 / Max. of 20. If 10 or more, every guest receives $10.00 off)
4) Specify Venue (where you wish to hold event: your home, public park with permission, private rented venue at your cost). Give name and address of venue. *If you would like us to find a venue, give some information about what you would like, and we can set it up. The cost of the venue, plus finders fee, will be at your cost.
PLEASE NOTE:
*If booking a kids' party, please give number of kids for each age category (ex. 3 two-year-olds / 2 four-year-olds)
*If booking a homeschool class, please give number of students, ages, and skill(s) for focus.
*If booking a nonprofit, give details on what you want.
*If booking a team-building event, specify what type of team-building outcome you need.
*You may provide food/beverages for your guests. *If you would like us to find a caterer, give information about what type foods you would like, and we can set it up. The cost of catering and finders fee will be at your cost.
*Any special requests or questions. *If you would like us to call you upon receiving this request so we can work out any needs, give us a good day/time to call.
We will review your request and get back to you with a registration link to share with your guests!
