Alabama Expressions, LLC- Terms of Service Policy

These Terms of Service govern the use of services, events, products, and educational offerings provided by Alabama Expressions, LLC. By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any service, event, class, consultation, or product offered by Alabama Expressions, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Alabama Expressions, LLC provides herb-based events, educational workshops, demonstrations, consultations, arrangements, and related products. Specific details of each offering, including date, location, pricing, and materials provided, will be communicated at the time of booking or registration.
2. Eligibility and Participation
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate independently. Minors may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as applicable. Alabama Expressions, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for lawful reasons.
3. Registration and Payment
All registrations and bookings must be completed through our website, points-of-sale, or in-person for those not able to navigate technology or circumstances (power/tower outages, etc.) prevent these options. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit, debit cards, gift cards, checks, cash.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Alabama Expressions, LLC Event Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of rescheduling, policies and timelines will be communicated to registered participants.
5. Live Plants and Natural Materials Disclaimer
Services may involve live plants, soil, herbs, or other natural materials. Due to the nature of live plants, variations in appearance, size, fragrance, and longevity are normal and not considered defects. Alabama Expressions, LLC will replace plants that meet their replacement policy.
6. Health, Safety, and Allergies
Participants are responsible for informing Alabama Expressions, LLC of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may be affected by exposure to plants, soil, fragrances, or related materials. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
7. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
By participating in Services, you acknowledge that activities may involve handling tools, plants, soil, and other materials that carry inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alabama Expressions, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Venue and Third-Party Policies
Events held at third-party venues are subject to the rules, policies, and procedures of the venue. Alabama Expressions, LLC is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party venues or vendors.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including handouts, guides, designs, instructional content, branding, and logos, are the intellectual property of Alabama Expressions, LLC unless otherwise stated. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
10. Photography and Media Release
Photographs or recordings may be taken during events for promotional or educational purposes. Participation constitutes consent unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to the event to an Alabama Expressions, LLC representative.
11. Modifications to Services or Terms
Alabama Expressions, LLC reserves the right to modify Services, schedules, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting or distribution.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.
